Yes we do, you can view them here.

I can’t do my artwork, what should I do?

Don’t panic! Artwork is included free of charge, so if you change your mind and want us to do it for you, just ask, we’d love to help.

How much resolution is needed in my files?

The bigger the photo file size the better. Send it through to us, and we can check if it is ok to print.

What type of files do you accept?

We will accept most types of files. If in doubt, send it through and we’ll see if we can use it

How much does the artwork cost?

Artwork is included free of charge with each magnet order.

Can I pick up?

Sorry but our factory is unable to facilitate pick-ups, express courier is the only option available.

How long does express shipping take?

Delivery varies depending upon location, but here is a guide:

Adelaide & VIC/NSW country 2-3 days
Perth, Tasmaina, Darwin & QLD/SA country 4-5 working days

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at $15 per order, regardless of size. Order 500 or order 50,000 magnets and pay just $15 flat.

Will I get a tax invoice?

You sure will. Once your artwork is approved we will send you a tax invoice for payment. Once payment is received we will also send you through a receipt.

Is there a charge to pay by credit card?

Yes, a small 1.2% processing surcharge is charged if you pay by visa or mastercard. Please don’t pay by Amex as you will incur a larger 4.0% processing fee.

How can I pay?

You can pay either by credit card or bank deposit. The invoice you receive will provide you with the information you need.

Do I have to pay upfront?

No, we don’t expect you to pay anything until you are 100% happy with the design, however, we do need payment prior to sending your order to print.

Can I return my magnets if I am unhappy?

If we have done something wrong and you are unhappy with your magnets we will happily refund. Our proofing process should ensure no mistakes are made, but if they are, and we at fault, we will refund – no questions asked.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, without charge, at any time until artwork has been approved and invoice paid. Just let us know that you have changed your mind and we will cancel your order.

Will I receive a proof?

Of course, we won’t print anything until we send you a proof for you to check. Once approved, we’ll send to print.

I’ve ordered, what’s next?

Once an order is placed we will start work on your design. Once approved, simply pay your invoice and we will send to print.

If I place an order, when will it be ready?

Usually all orders are out of our warehouse within 5-7 days. However, if you need it urgent, we can generally turnaround in around 24 hours – just ask!
